When you use JoblockPro's automated features, communications (SMS messages, emails, review requests, reminders, and reactivation messages) are sent to your customers on your behalf. These communications will appear to come from your business. You are responsible for ensuring you have obtained proper consent from your customers to receive such communications.
4.3 Google and Integrated Platforms
When you connect your Google Business Profile, Google Calendar, Facebook Ads, or other third-party platforms, data is exchanged between JoblockPro and those platforms as necessary to provide the integrated features you've enabled.
4.4 Aggregated and De-Identified Data
We may share aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you. For example, we may publicly share platform-wide statistics such as "average 38% revenue increase within 90 days" or "average lead response time under 60 seconds."
4.5 Business Transfers

You are responsible for ensuring that your collection, use, and sharing of Contractor Customer Data complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to obtaining proper consent for SMS messages, emails, phone calls, and review requests.
You must comply with all applicable anti-spam, telemarketing, and data protection laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, CCPA/CPRA, GDPR (if applicable), and state-level privacy laws.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, consents, and authorizations to upload Contractor Customer Data to JoblockPro and to use the Service to communicate with your customers.
JoblockPro will process Contractor Customer Data only as instructed by you through your use of the Service and as described in this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

We take the security of your information seriously and implement industry-standard technical, administrative, and physical safeguards, including:
